Invite you to enjoy the Paris Opera HD screening of Le Parc by Angelin Preljocaj, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 7:30pm, at the FIAF Florence Gould Hall, followed by a Q&A with Angelin Preljocaj.

The American Friends of the Paris Opera & Ballet is delighted to renew the Paris Opera and Ballet HD screening series in partnership with the French Institute Alliance Française for its 6th consecutive edition, bringing the company’s premier music and dance productions to New York audiences.

Commissioned by the Paris Opera Ballet in 1994, Le Parc has become a beloved mainstay in the company’s repertoire. The ballet balances Mozart’s classical genius and Angelin Preljocaj‘s modern choreography. The setting is an elegant French‑style garden, with dancers wearing carefully crafted costumes evoking the Age of Enlightenment. Viewers enter a highly contrasted universe and are quickly swept up in a seductive tale of love.
