Lyric Productions with the Cercle Berlioz

Dive into the creation process and meet the artists!

The Cercle Berlioz aims at promoting French operas by supporting new productions. For its fifth edition, the Cercle Berlioz invites donor to dive into the creative process of two great French operas of the 18th and 19th centuries: Les Indes galantes by Jean-Philippe Rameau, in a new staging by the young director Clément Cogitore, under the direction of the Argentinian conductor Leonardo García Alarcón, and Manon by Jules Massenet, in a new staging by Vincent Huguet and starring Pretty Yende and Ludovic Tézier.
Donors of the Cercle Berlioz have the opportunity to follow the artists’ work and the creative process of the two new productions: meetings with soloists, directors, musicians and artistic teams, visits of the opera sets and costumes workshops, and rehearsals.
